Tony Coolidge - Executive Producer/Writer
Tony is a half-Taiwanese native and half-Caucasian American born in Taiwan in 1967. He was raised primarily in the United States, but also lived around the world as a military dependent. Tony developed his identity exposed to other cultures, but nurtured by the predominant American culture surrounding him.
Tony is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. His career in the design field began in 1984. He has worked as editor for two magazines, and designer for several companies. He started his own design company in 1995, and expanded his skills to include web design and marketing. In 1999, he co-founded and was President of iBidUSA.com, an e-commerce company, which has grown to 25 employees within a year.
Throughout his life, Tony has pursued his passion for creative expression through art, photography and writing, and used these gifts to share the beauty he found in his travels. On one of his trips, Tony rediscovered his heritage in Taiwan, and published an article, Village In The Clouds, which is the foundation for the documentary.

Derek Bedini - Producer/Director
Derek Bedini began in Orlando, FL, as a student of the Valencia Film Program. While a production trainee in the program, Derek worked on various projects, including the soon-to-be-released feature film The First of May, starring acclaimed stage actress Julie Harris, with a cameo by sports legend Joe Di Maggio.
In addition to Producing and directing various projects ranging from Features to Short films, he has worked as a Production coordinator, an Executive Assistant, various production personnel positions, and even in development.
After graduating in 1999, Derek worked for six months as an intern for the Pamplin-Fisher Company in the back-lots of Universal Studios. During his internship, he had the opportunity to work on the film Hoover, starring Academy Award-winning actor, Ernest Borgnine.
Derek took his real world experience and applied it toward his profession, by producing and directing a number of shorts, including a 35mm TV commercial for the entertainment-based charity, The Variety Club.
Recently relocated to New York, Derek worked at The Tribeca Film Center with the acquisitions and development department as an intern, which will open doors for many other internship opportunities to cross his path in the near future.
His company Inquisitive Films was started in 1997 as a networking tool, but has recently embarked on numerous productions, including a feature documentary that will bring Derek and his productions peers to the coasts and mountainsides of Taiwan. Aaron Hosé - Producer/Director of Photography
As a graduate from the Valencia Film Program, and as a freelance audiovisual technician, Aaron Hosé brings with him a combined three years experience in audiovisual productions. Most recently, he was employed by the University of Central Florida, where he works as a full-time video producer, while pursuing a Bacheloršs degree in Liberal Studies (with a triple minor in Engineering, Cinema Studies, and Film Screenwriting.) He expects to graduate in 2002.
For the past year and a half he has dedicated a good portion of his spare time to his craft, and has found a niche in producing and directing photography. Last fall, Aaron produced and shot The Deeder, a Super 8mm short, which won a Cine Eagle Award for Outstanding Excellence in Short Film Production.
Since January, he has been hard at work, producing and photographing his first feature film, a 16mm black & white dark comedy, entitled Hamster Sandwich, which is currently in post-production. In addition to his own productions, Aaron served as a grip/electric and camera assistant on a number of short films and features at Valencia, as well as independent 35mm projects such as Regret (Point of View Films), and Alligator Alley (NMN Entertainment). Aaron will also be assuming the role of Producer/Director Photography on the upcoming feature documentary 90/10.

Marvin Couch - Board Member
In the early 1990's, Marvin Couch was a member of the Florida State Legislature. He continues to have contacts and relationships throughout the political landscape in Florida. Mr. Couch has been a business leader in Central Florida for over 30 years. He is also an active leader in the community.
Marvin Couch brings a commitment and love for filmmaking and the Taiwanese people, which blossomed after his initial trip to the island. His resources and guidance are the gifts he provides as Board Member for InQuisitive.
